The decision was made during the working visit of Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aset Isekeshev to the production sites of «AgromashHolding» JSC and «SaryarkaAvtoProm» LLP being parts of AllurGroup. Within the frameworks of the visit were signed several memorandums with huge automotive companies including the tripartite agreement for the development of industrial zone in Kostanay city.
In the event participated the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aset Isekeshev, representatives of the local executive authorities headed by Akim of Kostanay region Arkhimed Mukhambetov, shareholders of AllurGroup, and also CEOs of the company representing foreign auto manufacturing plants such as Iveco, JAC, Peugeot, СМС.
During the visit to the production sites the Chairman of Director Board of AllurGroup Andrey Lavrentiev presented production premises that will be reconstructed and modernized soon. And also he told about the following projects in their territories: CKD production of Peugeot, JAC vehicles and и semi-trailers trucks of IVECO Stralis and Daily brands. Moreover the delegation was made acquainted with the process of full-cycle production of vehicles and presented the model range of produced JAC, Peugeot vehicles and IVECO commercial vehicles.
After demonstration of potential production sites the international consultants were presented the conception of creation of industrial zone in Kostanay region. The main aim of creation is the development of high-tech production, perspective industries that were determined in presentation allowing in their turn to increase gross regional product, attract additional foreign investments, create new working places, and stimulate the development of the industry in the region. The first stage of the development of industrial zone in Kostanay was planned the production adjustment of automotive components in the territory of Russia and Kazakhstan. In the second stage were named the industries perspective for Russian and Kazakhstan market including light, food, and textile industries and plastics production.
The decision to develop the industrial zone in Kostanay was confirmed by signing of tripartite agreement between Akimat of Kostanay region, CMC Chinese investment company and (China National Machinery IMP.&EXP.) and AllurGroup.
In the location of their productions in the territory of new industrial zone are interested businessmen of strategic industries including the manufacturers of auto components that signed several memorandums on strategic development of automotive industry at the auto production sites of Kostanay.
Was concluded the license agreement for the production of semi-trailer trucks of IVECO Stralis and Daily between «SaryarkaAvtoProm» LLP and IVECO S.p.A. Moreover, «SaryarkaAvtoProm» LLP and IVECO RUS signed the frame agreement for export of 20 IVECO vehicles to the Russian Federation. Thus, the company became the first enterprise exporting the commercial vehicles produced in Kazakhstan to the Russian market. Also were signed the agreements for granting a lease of 100 units of IVECO Stralis commercial vehicles to GlobaLink company with the further perspective of purchase up to 500 units.
Were also signed several agreements for the development of CKD- production of Peugeot, JAC, Iveco projects by means of financial investments of СМС Chinese company that amounted 8,6 billion tenge. These funds will be firstly used for modernization and reconstruction of the shops where the production lines will be located.
